Confidentiality

Operators often share sensitive information with us before they become customers — stop lists, customer names, volumes, pricing and cost data. We treat what you share during a demo, trial, discovery call or quote as confidential: we use it only to evaluate and prepare a proposal for you, share it only with team members and service providers who need it for that purpose and are bound to keep it confidential, and never use it to market to your customers or disclose it to your competitors. We will return or delete it on request.

We are glad to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any exchange of information — ask at brian@deliverygenius.net. Once you are a customer, confidentiality and data protection are governed by your customer agreement.

The free Route X-Ray grade is calculated in your browser; your stop list is never uploaded to us. See the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

  • Illustrative screens. Product screens, maps, phones and dashboards shown on this site are illustrative previews. Names, accounts, routes, invoices and figures in them are fictional.
  • Estimates. Route X-Ray grades and savings, and the pricing budget planner, are estimates for planning only. They are not a guarantee of results or an offer; prices and terms are confirmed in a written quote or order form.
  • Comparisons. Comparisons with “typical route planners” describe general-purpose routing tools as a category and are not a statement about any particular vendor; features vary by vendor and plan.
  • Forward-looking features. Items marked “coming soon” or “in development” are plans, not commitments, and may change.
