Add-on utilities for route businessesFocused tools. Add only what you need.

Utilities are single-purpose Delivery Genius tools, billed month to month on top of any plan. Pick the ones that solve a problem you have today — there are three, and more on the way.

Utility · Route X-Ray

An X-Ray of the routes you run today.

Upload a stop list and Route X-Ray finds what is costing you — then tells you, in plain English, what to fix first.

  • A–F grade in seconds — a score anyone in the company understands.
  • Four checks — duplicate stops, uneven routes, avoidable miles, window clashes.
  • Private by design — the free grade runs in your browser; your file never leaves your computer.
  • Pro, monthly — enables 100 full route reports every month, measured on real roads and priced in dollars.
  • On a plan — turn a result into tomorrow's routes in one step.

Utility · Nexus

See how it all connects. Then ask it.

Nexus shows your business as one live network — every hub, route, driver, truck, area, order and alert, and the links between them.

  • The relationship lens — walk from a late stop to its route, truck, driver, area and hub in clicks.
  • Talking Nexus — ask “which routes ran late this week, and why?” out loud and get an answer.
  • Live signals — alerts pulse on the network the moment they fire.
  • AI oversight — replay every proposal and decision with its reasoning.
  • Needs a plan — Nexus reads your live operation, so it runs on top of Basic, Commercial or Enterprise.

Utility · Cost of Goods Estimator · coming soon

Know what every stop really costs.

The Cost of Goods Estimator brings product, labour, fuel and equipment together so the cost of serving a route, a customer or a product is a number — not a feeling.

  • Cost per route — which routes earn their truck, and which don't.
  • Cost per customer — the accounts that cost more to serve than they pay.
  • Cost per unit — a bag, a bottle, a case or a gallon, to price against.

Questions

Utility FAQ

Do I need a platform plan to use a utility?

Route X-Ray can run on its own — the free grade needs nothing at all, and Route X-Ray Pro is a standalone monthly subscription. Nexus and the Cost of Goods Estimator read your live operation, so they are add-ons to an Express, Commercial or Enterprise plan.

Why do add-on prices differ for ice, water, coffee and propane?

Ice and propane operations generate more AI work — weather and degree-day demand, sweep routes, tank forecasting — so those utilities cost a little more in ice and propane.

Can I suggest a utility?

Please do — operator requests decide what we build next. Tell us what would save your team an hour a day.

Not sure where to start?
