What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated October 17, 2026 (spam protection on the contact form added).
This policy covers deliverygenius.net and the free Route X-Ray tool on it, operated by Delivery Genius Holdings LLC (“Delivery Genius”, “we”, “us”), 3481 Treeline Drive, Murrysville, PA 15668, United States. Data that our customers put into the Delivery Genius platform is governed by their customer agreement with us, not by this policy.
The short version
- We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
- We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. We use no advertising cookies.
- The stop list you give Route X-Ray is graded in your browser and never uploaded to us.
- We only get your details when you choose to send them — through the contact form, by email, by phone, or by asking Route X-Ray for the full breakdown.
What we collect
When you contact us
When you send the contact form, the details you enter — typically your name, company, email, phone number, fleet size, what you're interested in and your message — are delivered to us by email through Microsoft Azure Communication Services. The same applies when you email or call us directly. We use these details only to answer you.
To keep spam out, the contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA. It looks at how the page is used (for example mouse and keyboard activity, your browser and device details and your IP address) and sends that to Google, which tells us how likely it is that a person, not a program, is sending the form. If it isn’t sure, or if your browser blocks it, we ask you a simple sum instead. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to reCAPTCHA. It is loaded only on the contact page.
When you use Route X-Ray
The file you drop into Route X-Ray is read and graded entirely inside your browser. It is not uploaded to us or anyone else. If you ask for the full breakdown, you'll be asked for your name, email and company; those details and your grade (never the stop list itself) are sent to Delivery Genius so we can follow up, together with the page's campaign tags (for example, that the request came from this website).
Automatically, when you visit
Like any website, our hosting provider's servers receive standard technical information with each request — your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — and keep it in server logs for security and troubleshooting. This site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser also connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address; see Google's privacy policy for how they handle it.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — how many people visit, which pages they read, where they came from (for example a search engine or a link), roughly which country and device they use, and which buttons they click, such as “Book a demo” or “Start free trial”. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga) to recognise a returning browser. It does not tell us who you are, and Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We have not enabled advertising features, and we do not use this data to target ads. You can block it with your browser's cookie or tracking settings, or with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. How we use it

- To follow up on a Route X-Ray you asked us to break down.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To meet legal obligations.
We will only send you marketing email if you ask for it, and every marketing email will let you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the business — for example our website host and email delivery (Microsoft Azure), our email provider, and Google (for website analytics and contact-form spam protection) — under obligations to protect it and use it only on our behalf; with professional advisers where needed; if required by law; or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website sets only the Google Analytics cookies described above, plus a Google reCAPTCHA security cookie on the contact page. It sets no advertising cookies. Your browser may also keep a cached copy of our pages and files to load them faster; you can clear it at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and Route X-Ray follow-ups are kept for as long as we're in conversation and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you become a customer (then your customer agreement applies) or ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our host.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honour these requests for everyone regardless of state. Email brian@deliverygenius.net — we may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and the Route X-Ray script is pinned with Subresource Integrity so your browser refuses it if a single byte has been tampered with. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you share with us.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
