Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of deliverygenius.net, including the free Route X-Ray tool (together, the “Site”), operated by Delivery Genius Holdings LLC (“Delivery Genius”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Use of the Delivery Genius platform, utilities and services is governed by a separate written agreement or order form between your company and us. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

1. Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about Delivery Genius, use its free tools for your own business, and contact us. You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Site; probe, scan or test its security without our written permission; scrape it in bulk; reverse-engineer the Route X-Ray tool; or use the Site to break any law or infringe anyone's rights.

2. Free tools

Route X-Ray and any other free tool on the Site are provided for information only. Grades, savings, miles, hours and dollar figures are estimates based on the data you provide and general assumptions; they are not a guarantee of results and are not professional advice. You are responsible for the data you load and for having the right to use it. Your file is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to us — see the Privacy Policy.

3. Product information, screens and prices

Product screens on the Site are illustrative previews, and sample figures are examples, not customer results. Features may change as the product develops. Prices, the budget calculator and plan descriptions are for budgeting and reference; they are not an offer that can be accepted. Your actual price, implementation scope and terms are confirmed in a written quote or order form. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and card-processing fees.

4. Free trials

Where we offer a 7-day free trial, no payment card is needed to start it. To continue after the trial you must add a payment method and accept the applicable order form; if you don't, the trial ends. We may change or end trial offers, and may decline or end a trial that is being misused.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it — text, design, graphics, logos, code and the Route X-Ray tool — belong to Delivery Genius or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Except for viewing the Site and using its free tools as described here, no rights are granted to you. See Trademarks.

6. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you. We will not publish your name or your company's name in connection with them without your permission.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site uses third-party services (for example, hosting and web fonts) and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

8. Disclaimer

THE SITE AND ITS FREE TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't promise the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELIVERY GENIUS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS FREE TOOLS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SITE OR ITS FREE TOOLS IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Delivery Genius against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County or Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
