Every plan — Express, Commercial and Enterprise — comes with a 7-day free trial. You don't need a card to start. When the week is up, add a card to continue; if you don't, the trial simply ends.

We use careful, typical numbers for route businesses like yours: about 12% fewer miles once routes follow real roads, 20 minutes less driving and 15 minutes less paperwork per truck each day, diesel at $3.80 a gallon, and customers paying about 10 days sooner because the delivery is the invoice. Time saved is time handed back to your team — less overtime, earlier finishes and room for more stops. It is an example, not a promise: a free Route X-Ray measures your real routes.

A flat monthly fee for running your company's system for one business (say, water) — your database, your configuration, your integrations and your support — whatever the number of trucks. On Enterprise it includes your dedicated environment: separate servers, database and services shared with no other customer.

Each product you deliver is its own system, built for that business — buy water and you get water, with nothing from the other three in your way. So each one has its own plan: its own trucks, its own platform fee and its own add-ons.

Any vehicle that runs a route in a given month. Office users, dispatchers and drivers are not counted separately — add as many people as you need.

No. Truck licences flex with your season: add trucks for the busy months and drop them after. Your monthly cost follows the trucks you actually run.

Yes. Tiers aren't locked — every feature is available on every plan. Adding one changes your price, so tell us what you need and we'll quote it.

Getting you live properly: importing your customers and stops, cleaning up addresses and pinning each one on the map, setting up your territories and depots, training your dispatchers and drivers, and supporting go-live day. Commercial adds a dedicated implementation lead, multi-depot design, equipment and deposit migration, a side-by-side run before you switch, and ERP / accounting integration planning. Commercial and Enterprise implementation is priced within the range shown once a short call has sized the work.

No. The driver app works on the iPhone or Android phone your drivers already carry, and there's no per-device licence.

They are à-la-carte add-ons: a flat monthly fee for each product you deliver, on top of any plan, including Enterprise, and you can cancel them any time. Route X-Ray can also be bought on its own, without the platform — see the Utilities page.

On Commercial and Enterprise, drivers can take cards at the door and customers can pay online in the portal. Use Delivery Genius Payments for a simple per-transaction rate with nothing extra to set up — or connect your own processor for a one-time addition to your implementation.
