Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses the Delivery Genius platform, the driver app, the customer portal, Genius AI, our utilities and our APIs (together, the “Service”). It is part of every customer agreement with Delivery Genius. Customers are responsible for their Users and End Customers following it.

1. Unlawful or harmful use

Do not use the Service to:

• break any law or regulation, including privacy, consumer-protection, employment, transport, hazardous-materials, tax, anti-spam and telemarketing laws;
• track any person's location without the notice and consent the law requires, or track drivers outside their working hours;
• send email or text messages to End Customers who have not agreed to receive them, or that do not meet anti-spam and telemarketing rules (including CAN-SPAM and the TCPA);
• store or process full payment-card numbers, bank-account numbers, Social Security numbers, health information or other sensitive data the Service is not designed for, outside the fields provided for that purpose;
• upload content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, harassing or that you do not have the right to use;
• engage in fraud, including false invoices, deposits or proof-of-delivery records.

2. Security and integrity

Do not:

• access, or attempt to access, another customer's data, accounts or environment;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass authentication or security measures, without our written permission (see Reporting a security issue for good-faith research);
• upload malware or anything designed to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access;
• share login credentials between people — each User needs their own account;
• interfere with the Service's operation, or put an unreasonable load on it, including by automated requests beyond what our API documentation allows.

3. Fair use of AI and your plan

Do not:

• attempt to get around your plan or its Truck count, for example by sharing one Truck profile across several vehicles;
• use Genius AI to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or try to make it reveal system instructions, other customers' data or credentials (prompt injection);
• use AI outputs to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals (for example employment discipline based solely on automated output) without meaningful human review.

4. Our products

Do not copy, frame, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service or its utilities; resell or sublicense it; use it to build or benchmark a competing product; or remove our proprietary notices.

5. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may remove the offending content, suspend the User or account concerned, or terminate the Service as described in your agreement with us. Where practicable we will notify you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
