Subprocessors
The third-party companies that process customer data on our behalf to run the Delivery Genius platform. Last updated November 3, 2026.
We notify customers at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor. Each one is bound by a written contract with data-protection obligations at least as protective as ours. All customer data is hosted in the United States.

Maps and drive times are produced by our own routing servers and map tiles inside our Azure environment, built from OpenStreetMap data; no mapping company receives your addresses. Weather forecasts come from the US National Weather Service, which receives only map coordinates.
Card payments at the door and text-message notifications are not offered yet. The payment processor and the text-message provider will be added to this list, with the notice above, before either is switched on.
Website-only services
These process data about visitors to deliverygenius.net, not customer data in the platform; see the Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft (Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Communication Services) — website hosting and delivery of contact-form messages.
- Google LLC — Google Analytics, Google Fonts and Google reCAPTCHA (contact-form spam protection).
Get notified of changes
We email each customer's account administrator before any change. Anyone else can ask to be notified by emailing brian@deliverygenius.net.
